Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök/vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt kvarter en kort promenad från Lund C, universitet och grönområden. Sovrummen finns i nedre plan med ett rymligt badrum samt ytterligare en separat toalett med handfat. Skjutdörrar ut mot trädgård och uteplats ger ett extra rum vår och sommar. Boendet passar fint för familj eller kollegor på arbetsresa. Parkering finns i kvarteret 6 kr/timme dagtid vardagar. Söndag ingen avgift. Bra wifi. Studsmatta i trädgården.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Newly renovated central apartment

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The apartment is located in the city center close to the University, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores and shops - making it easy to plan your stay. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are always included.

The Cottage in nature with a wood-fired sauna

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
