Très bel appartement bien situé. Fouad est exceptionnel, très accueillant et proactif. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement jusqu’au moindre détails. Je conseil vivement et compte revenir en famille la prochaine fois. Airb n b peut être fier de lui 😉

Fatiha is an amazing host, very friendly and responsive, her apartment is only 5 minutes away from Saïdia beach. It is clean and spacious, also very close to local restaurants, bakeries and corner shops. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Saïdia the "Blue Pearl".

Nous avons passé un moment très agréable dans le logement de Fatima, il est très propre et très bien agencé. Nous disposions de tout ce qu’il fallait pour passer un excellent séjour ! Il est également bien situé, le quartier est tranquille et la résidence sécurisée.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description du post. Tous les équipements fonctionnaient très bien, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés, c'est l'accueil chaleureux de M. Omar, le propriétaire. Il a été très serviable et présent tout au long de notre séjour, une personne de grande confiance. L'appartement est situé à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la plage. L'accès à l'emplacement peut sembler un peu difficile en premier, mais avec une voiture ou un taxi (qui sont toujours disponibles), cela ne pose pas de problème majeur.

Ma famille et moi nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’accueil des parent de Nawel juste o top. La maison est grande très bien équipé très confortable. Notre prochain séjour au maroc nous allons refaire rappel à Nawel. Nawel répond rapidement au message et vraiment à l’écoute. Merci encore nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

We had a wonderful stay in Al-Hoceima. The apartement looked just like the pictures, it was very clean and spacious. The terrace has been an absolute delight! Mustapha has been very helpful and welcoming from the very start. He always answered all our questions very quickly and even provided a House Guide - Booklet with all relevant information in it. Moreover, we were greeted with tea and pastries from the very friendly neighbours upon our arrival. I would highly recommend the accomodation to everyone who visits Marocco. It has been one of the highlights of our trip.

Monsieur Hassan est un homme très gentil disponible et généreux vraiment très bonne rencontre et nous avons passer un super séjour dans une maison très grande avec un énorme terrains pour jouer avec les enfants une très bonne piscine qui est entretenu régulièrement , vous aller tomber amoureux de cet endroit du premier regard , n’évitez surtout pas , merci Monsieur Hassan et à très bientôt car nous allons sûrement revenir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Kacem. C'est un hôte très sympathique, accueillant et réactif. Il s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant. La maison est superbe, bien équipée. Nous avons passé ces quelques jours dans un endroit paisible et reposant. Nous reviendrons chez lui avec plaisir, et nous le recommandons vivement.

Mohamed and his father Yahya are great, friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfect, spacious and has a lot of amenities like fiber internet, iptv. The pool is really great and kids had the time of their lives! Anyway a great place which I recommend! A peaceful neighborhood

le logement est très propre pas d'insectes, pas de saleté, Fahid est réactif et très agréable, les surveillants sont extrêmement efficaces, gentils... nous avons été avec nos enfants en totale sécurité, les enfants peuvent jouer entre eux(avec les enfants de la résidence) sans surveillance des parents jusqu' à 1h du matin sans aucun danger... je recommande fortement cet appartement, la piscine est fonctionnelle avec maître nageur sérieux et réactif...en ce qui concerne l'emplacement, nous sommes donc à la marina néanmoins avoir une voiture est indispensable pour sortir faire des courses se promener ect je dis bien indispensable. Nous avons hâte de revenir prochainement ☺️

Very clean, nice flat in a quiet neighbourhood (not high season). Beautiful beach is within walking distance, shopping facilities as well. The flat is modernly furnished, with Moroccan flair. Nice kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and hot running water. Shower has good Water pressure and enough warm water. Highly recommended, perfect end to our trip, we hope to come back again. Very Friendly host with easy and punctual check-in. Very nice neighbours. Thank you for having us.

Apparemment spacieux, proche de la plage , Marina et de la ville de Saidia. Hôte Abdel est top et très réactif en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement

Super séjour, l'appartement était vraiment top et fidèle à l'annonce ! On a adoré le calme du quartier, c'était parfait pour se reposer. La plage était accessible en quelques minutes à pied, un vrai plus. L'hôte a été super réactif et disponible pour nos questions. On recommande vivement cette location !
