The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

The Palm House at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the northern part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower, Palmhuset. This is a very unique building where you get a place to stay like no other. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stucco, murals, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a stone patio with Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house are Hjelmsjön's nice tennis courts. In the winter months, it can get a little cold, then you can crawl up on the couch and light a fire in the stove.

Large self-catering loft cottage of 40km2 with 6-8 beds. Animal permissible. Bed linen and consumables are included. Final cleaning and bed linen can be rented from the host. Note: Ordered in advance. Located at the edge of smaller inland camping in a hilly setting. Next to Kungsbygg and Vallåsen. In the area there are less fishing and swimming lakes. Activities summertime such as football golf, boule court, football field and large park-like area with many walking loops. In the area you can rent a sauna or hot tub.

Stugan ligger i skogen, med ca 500 meter till Hultasjön där det finns badplats med en liten strand och bryggor. I Hultasjön finns också möjlighet att fiska, gäster kan ordna fiskekort enligt instruktion i husmanual. I området finns flera fina vandringsleder i vacker natur. Butiker och service finns inom 10-15 minuter med bil. Det finns även ett stort urval av olika aktiviteter i närområdet.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Vallåsen Park which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country skiing tracks is only 25 minutes from our cabin. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.
