We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

Casa Calma offers space for undisturbed rest in the middle of nature. The interior of solid wood, clay plaster and natural textiles combines the purity of materials with careful workmanship and attention to detail. Glazed surfaces naturally connect the interior with the surrounding landscape and create an atmosphere of calm, light and openness. This exceptional space is ideal for guests looking for tranquility, aesthetics and an authentic experience. In addition, the entire property is fully fenced for your privacy and comfort.

Bukowe Zacisze

A unique house from the 1920s with a private sauna, a banya and a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.
