Newly renovated basement apartment in Sotenäs. The house is located on Örn, 10 km from Kungshamn. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. Within a 20-30 minute walk, there is Bua Hed Nature Reserve and two nice sandy beaches. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, barbecue and outdoor furniture. Entrance from the garden, under the stairs. Parking space is in the front of the house, facing the street. Please note that there is no TV/Wi-Fi and that the ceilings are low. If you want to hike or cycle, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandet Nature Reserve is 9.2 km away. To Nordens Ark it is 15 minutes by car, as well as to Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

Welcome to stay in our little cottage on the mountain with a secluded location and a view of the Västerhavet. Several swimming areas within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to swimming, gym with indoor pool, cafe, pizzeria, boat and kayak rentals, electric light trails, etc. A half-hour walk or a short bike ride to Smögen and Kungshamn. A women's and a men's bicycle are available to borrow.
