We have incredible views over Lake Windermere (100 yards from the house), and there is easy access to the lake, woods and fells . In addition, Waterhead and Ambleside are within easy walking distance, and we are more or less central for visits to other parts of the Lake District by car.

You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. Iv also added a guide book for some nice walks and places to dine out.
