Welcome to the Dream House, where you can leave the world behind. The cottage is located in the Barycz Valley, on the outskirts of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the stables. It invites you inside, where the windows overlook the paddocks and the forest. It helps you find peace, breathe and dream by the fireplace with a good book or on a deck chair among the rustling birches. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, there are hammocks, deckchairs, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Folwark Wójtostwo in Pyzdry

A farmhouse located on the outskirts of Nadwarciański's Landscape Park (the land of the water and goldfish birds) and the Pyzdr Forest (the land of “iron houses”). It is from the Middle Ages and its name: "the Wojtostwo" is historic. By 1904, it was part of the Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego. The guest house is located in an outbuilding by a manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. Hosts provide full information about the area. Boarding is possible. Free parking. Pets are allowed for a fee of 50 zł per night/pet.

We adhere to the rule ALL INCLUDED, i.e. you pay for everything once. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. The cottage is located in a quiet village near the Warta River, surrounded by endless forests. There are many paths to walk and ride a bike. The nearby Warta River provides pleasant landscape experiences. To enhance your experience, you can use the jacuzzi to fully relax. The cottage does not include any additional fees, the jacuzzi and wood for the fire are included in the price and it heats all year round!

A new studio with a balcony and a mezzanine in a revitalized townhouse in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good tram access from the Central Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in the crime novel by Ryszard Chwirley, titled It's like a bank.
