Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Well-equipped kitchen with stove, fan, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster and complete household utensils etc. Broadband with WiFi. The house overlooks the lake upper brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It's a year-round cabin with heating cables on every floor. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room is high ceilings with kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes all around the house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent canoe, swimming,fishing or biking. In the autumn, mushrooms and berries can be picked. In winter there is ice fishing, snow scooter leads and skiing.
