It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Off season (excluding Golden Week, summer vacation, New Year's Eve, Saturdays, and holidays), early check-in is free unless there is a reservation the day before, so please take a walk to the suspension bridge or prepare a BBQ while you are waiting for the hot spring.

This tiny house is within walking distance of all the beaches of Yoshimi.(Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, such as surfing and swimming! The facility is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and Netflix, so please use it for long-term stays and trips as a base for workations and Izu trips. The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner stove (gas), cooking utensils, dishes and simple seasonings. We also have a wide range of free rental items available for guests.Bicycles, kickboards, etc. are available for free, so please feel free to use them for strolls during your stay. If you would like to have a BBQ, please check the house rules for details. In addition, the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please check the house rules for smoking areas. Access is a 3-minute walk from Iruita bus stop, which is a 10-minute bus ride from Izukyu Shimoda Station, or about 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station.
