The cottage is located on a fenced plot (2,600 m²) with a fruit orchard, surrounded by woodland, and features a floodlit recreational sports field, a playground, and a fire pit. It is situated near the Trzebiocha River and Lake Żołnowo. Great location, hiking, cycling and kayaking trips, plus your own boat included in the price :)

The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. To have hot water in the cottage, you need to light the stove - wood will be at your disposal. In the summer season, this is not necessary, unless there are a few cloudy days in a row. The price also includes a boat and a kayak.
