The house has all the essentials with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, alcove bedroom and great views. 5 min walk to Holmenkollen station and convenience store, 3 min to restaurant and ski jump. Wifi and TV-with cable and chromecast. Unfortunately no space for parking in the lot, but there is free street parking just above the lot, always available.

Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

Large ground floor flat (no stairs) with two bedrooms (2*2.10 m and 1.50*2m beds). Fully equipped, heated floors in all rooms except kitchen. Laundry room. Free parking. 3 min walk to Borgen subway station with 1 stop to Majorstua, 2 stops (5 min) to Nationaltheatret (city center). 10 min walk to Frognerparken.

Leiligheten består av 1 soverom med 150 cm seng, men det er mulig å tilrettelegge med madrass på gulvet i stuen for et barn/ungdom dersom det er ønskelig. Bogstad gir deg det beste fra begge verdener. Du bor landlig og fredelig til omringet av natur, samtidig som at alle Oslo sine fasiliteter er en kort tur unna. Det finnes buss og t-bane i umiddelbar nærhet, og på Røa finnes alle fasiliteter.
