The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

If you want to take a morning bath, you can dive into the sea from the jetty just outside or you can walk away to the sea bath. After your swim, on the way back you can stop for a cup of coffee at Cafe Eden. It's a Rema1000 shop in the neighboring building There is a rich selection of restaurants at Sørenga and Bjørvika. It's only a 15min walk to Karl Johansgate.

Her kan du og familien din bo sentralt i en moderne leilighet med flott sjøutsikt. Kort vei til Munch museet, Operaen, Deichmanske og Oslo Sentralstasjon. Restauranter/barer, matbutikk, Vinmonopol. badeplass og aktiviteter som kajakk og badstuer er like ved. Det er dobbeltsenger på hvert av soverommene og en 140 cm seng på det minste soverommet. The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!
