Detached house in Slemdal in Oslo from 2023 with very high standard. 4 bedrooms (incl. master bedroom with private bathroom), large living room with kitchen, large basement living room with TV, laundry room, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet. Great garden with sun all day. 2 parking spaces in the garage with electric car charger. 6 minutes by bus to Majorstua, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop, departure every 15 minutes. Furniture differs somewhat from pictures, as the home has been styled for sale. There are double beds in all four bedrooms

Large, stylish and modern villa with beautiful lake views. Spacious for 8 guests. Large living room, and large kitchen and dining room, all with lake views. Access to sunny terraces through large sliding doors from both the living room and kitchen. Spacious garden for play and fun. The property also has both a jacuzzi and a fire pit. Below the house there are possibilities to swim. There are also two SUPs available, as well as two kayaks for those who love the water. Centrally located near communication to Sandvika, Oslo and Drammen.

There is plenty of space here, many outdoor areas to enjoy with outdoor furniture, sandpit, swings, playhouse and your very own football pitch with artificial grass! Here, the sun shines all day!Plenty of space inside and outside. The house has five bedrooms, all with sleeping accommodation for at least two people. Fully equipped kitchen. 250 meters to the bus that takes you to Oslo in 25 minutes. Short distance to the beaches, Brønnøya, Kalvøya, Sandvika and Oslo.
