It is a wonderful place, Mauritius and Debora were very kind and attentive. The house is great, super-equipped, comfortable and has a very beautiful and cozy space, with a great patio and located in a quiet area, great for resting, as well as featured in the listing. I highly recommend the place and we will definitely be staying at the house again.

We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

And the second time we stayed at Ana Paula's listing! We like it very much! The condo is very good too!

In person, the space is much larger than in the photos, comfortably accommodating the number of guests informed. It is in front of the sea, providing a beautiful view during the day, and at night, the sound of the waves makes everything even more relaxing. Dirce is a great host, always willing to help and quickly answers any questions that arise, both before and during the stay. The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

I'll give some tips to those who are disconnected like me. To make it clear, we love the place and the host, my kids already want to go back. Bring bath and face towels, Dona Nelci doesn't have any at the place and she's not obligated to provide them, right? haha There is no washing machine, so Dona Nelci lent me hers because I didn't pay attention to that in the ad. So if you're going to stay longer, don't forget these details. I want to make it clear that I am not speaking ill of the place and the host, we even intend to return soon. Comfortable, spacious house and super quiet location.

Without words, everything perfect Cristiano very attentive, gentle, house is great, very cozy, all tidy, communication with him is perfect, he has everything prepared for our arrival. That was the 2nd time we stayed at Pablo's place, and just like the 1st, it was great. Quiet region, close to the beach, market, bakery and ice cream shop.

Airton and his wife are our hosts, they gave us all the information we needed for a perfect stay, their apartment is impeccable, it has a wonderful view, the sunset is a spectacle apart, the view from the living room is beautiful. The employees of the condominium (gatekeepers) extremely gentle and educated, we were always in and out of the condominium, and every time we passed through the gatehouse attended us with kindness and education. Anyway, I only have to thank you, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely return.

The house has space and good accommodations for all guests (and there were many of us), many fans for the high temperatures, the house is extremely ventilated, a magnificent outdoor area, quiet place, close to Barra de Imbe… but the big difference is the hosts, kind, proactive and made us feel at home. Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

Hosts respond quickly, very welcoming environment to relax with the family, a very large patio and the advantage of accepting pets (we don't travel without ours.) We ended up staying more at the house, as the pool area meets our needs well. Whenever we had questions or needed anything, we were well instructed and helped. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 min walk. The patio is big, our dogs have enjoyed a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the slab, the place is great for enjoying the sea and the sunrise.

We stay 10 days in the house and we love it. It is a simple but very complete and very cozy house. Franciele was very helpful in all the situations we need ( cleaning the pool, changing the resistance of the shower, etc.) and always responded quickly and solved everything. The house is great, located near the centrinho de novo tramandai with everything close by (market, pharmacy, gas station, bars and more). It was all clean, smelling bedding and the well-equipped house. We're definitely going back!

We'll definitely be back. The place is a real find. Close to the sea, comfortable beds, safe and with all the necessary utensils. Monica was very flexible and let us check in early, which was VERY important to me as I work from home and needed to join a meeting. I also congratulate the hospitality of the caretaker couple.

Jocinara's place is perfect! My family and I spent incredible days there, we felt at home. Very attentive Jocinara,always responded quickly to my messages and was super flexible with the schedules. Excellent location close to the sea, and safely. I intend to return!! super recommend!!!
