The apartment is on the ground floor of the house we live in. We are a family of 4 and a small dog living in the rest of the house. Normal noise level from a family must be expected. Located right by the subway and bus. 2 shopping malls, football pitch, skatepark, Manglerud swimming pool. Short distance to Ekebergsletta so great for a family of 4 during the Norway cup. Sofa bed in the living room that becomes 142 cm in bed width. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 80 cm each. Can be placed next to each other or stand alone. Linen and towels are included.

Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.
