Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Villa Kruthuset is a newly built holiday home (2023) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings and gatherings. Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
