Cosy wooden summer house with an outstanding view of Gilwa Lake. Situated 2 km from Gietrzwald, geuine gem of Warmia's rustical architecture and history of Warmia in general. 55 sq. meters, built in 1975, well kept, with a nice, small, fenced garden. Ground floor consists of living room with two convertible sofas, long table and a fireplace. Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with warm/cold water and washing machine. Upstairs: two bedrooms and a balcony. In the vicinity of the house there's a holiday camp, where you can find all of the usual camping site attractions (swimming pool, tennis court, bar, volleyball court, bike rental, boat rental, windsurfing, etc.) extra paid of course. The house is located on the outskirts of Łukta, on a fenced plot of 2500 m2 bordering the forest on two sides, thanks to which guests are guaranteed freedom and privacy during their stay. Two lakes are 1.2 km away: Korweskie (with the municipal beach) and Isąg. I do not rent for special events, bachelorette and bachelor parties. Pets are welcome.
