The house is an old house in the historic center of Baunei, expertly renovated according to rules of rigorous recovery and enhancement of original environments and materials, but also in compliance with the most modern needs of convenience and comfort. The house is well suited as a summer residence as it allows a stay a few kilometers from the sea in a hilly environment, cool in the evening and restful as it is far from the typical movement of the seaside tourist areas. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding old roofs. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.
