We really enjoyed our stay at Glance & Smiley’s place! It was cute & clean. We felt right at home. She had lots of amenities, fridge w drinks and snacks for us after a long trip! Having a w/d was a bonus! The property is beautiful and the house is very cool. We appreciated the privacy and loved being able to sit on the porch, enjoying a book and the view. We were happy to find our way to several beaches on Tortola, and into Road Town for a few meals. Otherwise, we stopped at Riteway and picked up food to make meals. If you plan on driving up to Glance’s: Be very aware that BVI drivers are on left side of the road. The hills are very steep at some points, turns are extremely sharp and the BVI drivers are fast. My husband drove, I sat in the passenger seat holding on tight! We would love to stay here again if we are on Tortola! Glance was really the best hostess! Thank you for letting us stay!

My husband and I just got back from Donald’s place and we could not have loved it more. It was the perfect location, felt right at home, and had the best vacation. We rented a car for the first few days to explore the island, get ferries to Jost and Virgin Gorda, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset dinner at Bananakeet, one of Donald’s recommendations. Donald’s home has everything you could possibly need, with the most comfortable bed and the perfect balcony for sitting out to enjoy the view. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

Meade was very accommodating! If you want a hassle-free experience with friendly folks, you can't go wrong with this booking, and Meade was helpful by meeting us at Souper's hole in the West End. We really enjoyed the stay....will be back!

We had a very nice stay here. The Caldwell family are very nice people and helped us a lot with local details, particularly the ferry schedules. The beach is very nice and the family operates a drink stand and beach chairs, which are complimentary to their guests. As it costs $10USD per chair per day this was a valuable benefit. The roadway up to the house is quite steep and slippery in the wet, so care must taken. However, it was helpful in burning off calories! Also, there are roosters everywhere in and around Cane Garden, so if you wake easily you will need earplugs. Bobby's grocery store is close by for water and other items, and if you wish to do some cooking in the well supplied kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent, there was plenty of hot water and the beds very comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at Marks place! Very laidback with beautiful views overlooking Long Bay. The beach was a short walk away and one of my favorites during our stay. Mark was attentive to our needs despite the holiday weekend. The condo was fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. I would highly recommend Marks place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at a great location!

Kate’s place felt like home for our family. The rooms were very spacious and it was just the space needed for a 10 day stay. We were offered a room refresher half way through the stay, and Kate and her family were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great and easily accessible from the main town. Highly recommend.

Perfect, quiet, bright, clean and inviting house! The view is breathtaking with the crashing waves and beautiful view of Apple Bay and Yost Van Dyke island across the water. Easy beach access just a couple of houses down and restaurants and bars very close! We walked over to Long Bay and to Smugglers Bay which with the awesome hills was such a beautiful hike! We made friends with a local taxi lady Merlise and cld call her anytime for a taxi to go to West End and Road town etc. A few houses down across from Sebastians is a store and they can call taxi for u as well if u decide not to rent a car. We made wonderful memories here and will definitely be back!! Unforgettable!!! 💖
