There's a lakeside terrace with spectacular views of the Cenote Negro, plenty of seating for outdoor meals & hammocks. The lakeside dock is shared with guests in the other dwellings on the property.

Beautiful comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a warm stay. Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.

Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes drive from downtown Bacalar. The access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. There are two other rental units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.
