Cozy and well-maintained cottage with a generously enclosed garden. The house is located in the 2nd row, only 50 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches. The house is approximately 50 m2 with an adjoining annex. There are a total of 4 beds - 1 double bed in the house and 1 sofa bed in the annex. There is a cozy living room with TV and Apple TV, kitchen-living room with dishwasher and dining area for 6 people, nice bathroom with shower, small laundry room and entrance. In addition, a really nice enclosed garden with awning and gas grill.

Welcome to my lovely beach holiday home, which is located on the waterfront with one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly beaches right outside the door. Relax and enjoy your holiday with the most amazing sea views and sunsets. There are good opportunities for fishing. There is private parking Only a 25-minute drive to Odense city centre, Odense Zoo and HC Andersen's house, and 3 km to the nearest shops. There are several places in Otterup where you can charge your electric car.

The beach cabin named Broholm

Ideal beach cabin for anglers, ornithologists and nature lovers. Broholm is situated in a natural area at Odense Fjord, 4 meter to the waterfront, within walking distance to bird sanctuary and only 300 meters from Otterup Marina. Rubberboat with an 8 HP motor can be rented. At Bogøhus (landlords house) there is the possibility to buy seasonal organic vegetables and fruits grown on their own grounds/ greenhouses. In additional, there is the possibility of cleaning/ freezing caught fish.
