This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

Everything was very peaceful and beautiful. Nice swimming pool and short walk to nice quiet beach. Comfortable beds. Good choice of restaurant and markets nearby. There is Air conditioning but unnecessary with nice breeze from many windows. Private place to park our car and ample free street parking. Can leave key in box in case there are more than one person in group and you have separate plans. Thx

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts and some essential groceries - such a nice touch. The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and in a great location. It truly had everything we needed. I’ll 100% be coming back!

Great place to stay! Apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and wonderfull balcony with afternoon sun and sunset. 5 minutes walk to a supermarket (former Carrefour) easy reach to the center and the beach area. The host is super nice, responses are immediate and always helpfull, definitely of super host status.

Place was very good. Great host. Unfortunately due to the weather not being hot couldn’t use the pool but the pool was large and looks great. Only issue not locks on the bathroom doors and needs a bit updating. Otherwise for the price foot property.

The host was very communicative and very helpful. The apartment has everything a family needs during their stay. The apartment is clean, clear and well located - everything you need is in the area. I RECOMMEND

Very nice place and super convenient location. 5 min walk from the beach and close to restaurants and amenities. We had a great time and Makis was super nice and responsive.

The location of the apartment is just a street away from all of the restaurants and is a short walk from several beaches, yet it is quite a peaceful location, although I did stay out of season in January. There are several shops and zorbas closeby, and metro and poplife supermarkets are around a 15min walk away. I didn’t use the pool but there are pools on site and also a gym and spa on the complex. The apartment has everything you need, there is lots of natural light coming through to all rooms and the balcony has sun all day. The apartment had a very welcoming feel to it with nice decor and plants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The TV had Netflix, prime, and YouTube and then other channels as well. WiFi connection was fast. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Alexandre, the host, was very helpful with details for check-in and things to do in the area and was very quick to respond to any queries. I will definitely stay here again.

We have had a wonderful stay at Rustic Paradise Villa. The hosts were helpful and thoughtful. They organised a lovely gift for our arrival and even came to meet our Taxi driver at night to show him the way when he was a bit lost. They checked in on us throughout and also gave us space to enjoy our stay. The villa is beautiful and our children really loved the pool! It is a short walk from restaurants and beaches and we enjoyed getting out and about as well as staying in. As they had no guests the next day they even allowed us a late checkout which was so helpful due to our late flight. We have had a fantastic stay and would love to return one day. 😊

"Dear Ms. Olena, Overall, our stay in your apartment in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus was very enjoyable. The location of the apartment and the area it was in was really great. We also liked a lot of things about cleanliness; the towels and sheets were very clean. However, we had a few minor issues. There were some shortcomings in the interior cleanliness of the apartment and some areas had not been cleaned. Also the dishwasher was not working so we had to wash some items by hand. And, one day, when I was in another city and my son was alone in the apartment, our door was knocked. My son was scared and didn't open the door. The man said, “There is a camera, turn it on.” My son reached out to me by phone and I gave my phone to that gentleman. The man called me and made comments to me like "Ms. Olena didn't let us know such a thing, how does she rent?" I think it was a hotel employee. This was quite uncomfortable for my son. If this happens, if we had been informed before, it might feel more comfortable to ensure our safety

The place is great, with everything we need. Exact five minutes from the airport. We booked it because we had a very early flight and it turned out to be a great choice. Kremena was lovely and super friendly. It allowed us to check in early with no problem. I recommend it if you are looking for a place close to the airport. Thank you very much again

The views from this villa are absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful mountain retreat with a big, clean pool then this is a perfect spot. Sunsets and sunrises can be seen from the porches and the property is surrounded by beauty. The gardens are also well kept and beautiful! We ate most meals on the front porch to enjoy the view. The house is very spacious and perfect for a large group. The beds are large (which is usually hard to find) and the living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining area. Our host was very kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs! He takes good care of his property and is always available to help when needed. He sent us lots of good local recommendations. The house is also close to Turtle beach, and only 9 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend this house as a perfect vacation spot for families!

We had a fantastic stay at Paula's apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away. Although it was a bit chilly during our visit, the ACs helped keep us comfortable. Paula was a great host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!
