It's the whole top floor of our characteristic, monumental house dating from 1475 and it has a great view over the canal from the living room. Very central located place. Everything in reach of 15 minutes walking. Great room with fully equipped kitchen. Good working area, balcony and double bed. You have your own toilet and bathroom, just near your room in the hall. The location is perfect for visiting the university, all the highlights of Utrecht or central station. This apartment is perfect convenient for a short stay in the center of Utrecht.
