Lovely large apartment within walking distance of station RAI. Local shop less than 5 minutes walk.

We had a great experience. Myself and my partner were moving to Amsterdam from Ireland and used Richard’s accommodation as a base. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the metro, amenities nearby, and a spotless apartment. We had great hosts as Richard and Esmee were very quick to respond. I’d highly recommend this place.

We had a great time at Kris's place who welcomed us warmly with a snack. Her place is spacious, friendly, very comfortable, quiet, furnished with care and taste and equipped as described. We felt right at home. The tram is 5 minutes to reach the city with in the neighborhood varied and pleasant restaurants. The tram stop is next to a supermarket and other shops, so very convenient. We did not hear a single noise of the week, the nights were restful. Kris is a comfortable guest-friendly host, responsive, available and very accommodating. We recommend her place without hesitation and keep her address for a future stay if the opportunity to return to this beautiful city arises. Thank you again Kris for your welcome.

Beautiful spaces, pleasant and comfortable, with everything you need to start your stay on arrival. Quiet, very well located in a beautiful setting. The terrace is beautiful. We loved this place. Thanks to Maura for hosting us with kindness and a smile.

Our family fell in love with this place! It was a wonderful, much-needed refuge from the noise and eventfulness of Amsterdam, the great city. There was enough space for all of us, carefully arranged and just beautiful. 13 min walk to the transportation that takes you to the Central Station. Remarkable cats--a big bonus for us...

Great value for money in the area, the ONLY issue was there was dirty pillows and duvet in the second bedroom. The duvet had no cover on it but there was a blanket over the top. A bit of a let down as everything else was perfect and you could tell the host does care. We would stay again.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

The house was very comfortable and well situated! We enjoyed all of natural light in the dining area and really liked the neighborhood. Lots of stuff to do right outside, including a very nice park which our dog enjoyed! Manja kindly left us some nice treats.

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

Massive thanks to Rolf, Julia and Bruno for making us feel so welcome. Amstelveen is a lovely neighbourhood full of green space and it’s really easy to get into central Amsterdam. The fridge was fully stocked with goodies and the beds were really comfy. We’d recommend alongside Rolf and Julia’s suggestions - locally - a visit to Sunday - which is a floating bar and restaurant on the lake. And Holy Cow - which is an Indian takeaway that will deliver. Definitely take the bikes that are available. Is worth noting that they are proper Dutch bikes and to brake you have to pedal backwards. From experience… it’s Important to learn this before setting off. 😂. We hope to be back soon - Tom, Hannah and Indy the dog

This is exactly what we were looking for! This is the perfect location for those that want to be near the action but also not directly in the center. We stayed 6 nights for our first trip to Amsterdam. We ended up being here for Kings Day, which was not planned at all, but WOW such an experience. Brian was such a responsive host, who was able to provide local recommendations and was flexible with our check out. This place is so close to so much to do. It took a bit to become familiar with the transit systems as we do not have this in North Carolina but once we got the hang of it, we went everywhere. I would absolutely stay at this Airbnb again. Thank you Brian, for making our first trip to Holland the best.

Katja was super proactive in reaching out to make sure that the entire stay was incredibly welcoming and always tried to be helpful. The place is located in a fantastic spot with lots of easy access to public transportation. Her rooftop was a highlight on a sunny day, and the kitchen is honestly a gem to anybody, who enjoys cooking. The pictures are accurate, but if you see the whole Airbnb in person, it is even better! If you are in Amsterdam with a group of 3-4 people, this place cannot be topped! Incredibly thankful! Dankjewel!

This place was amazing! So clean and cute, and the host was SO friendly. The only thing I would say is that the apartment is on the floor level, right on a walking path, so there is a lot of foot traffic right outside. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should be just fine :)

Thanks so much to Kevin for all the help and advice in regard to our stay in Amsterdam. Kevin’s apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Wanting to be close to family only 4-5 minutes walk away. We were close to the train and managed all our outings on public transport. We stayed in December and the apartment was perfectly warm. Our six days in the tiny house were memorable! We enjoyed the surroundings and seclusion away from the noisy and stressful downtown of Amsterdam and took many walks and bike trips. If we wanted to do things in Amsterdam's city center, it was always quite uncomplicated to get there. Suzanne and Roger are extremely friendly, helpful and communication with them was always quick and straightforward. We have absolutely nothing to complain about and can finally say that this was the best Airbnb experience we have had so far. We will keep this holiday in our minds and hearts for a long time. The apartament is superbly decorated, clean, and you feel very comfortable. You have everything you need and the tram and bus stop are only a few minutes away. David was very courteous and always quick to respond to our messages.
