Facilities for up to four adults and a small child. The bedroom has a double bed, the living room has a corner sofa bed and the possibility of a travel cot for children. Modern kitchen and dining table for four. A bedroom with a countertop and storage space. HDTV, fiber optic connection, WiFi. Glassed balcony, private sauna and swimming beach on the pier. Ski trails in winter. Carport.

Cozy and tidy studio of 26 square meters in an apartment building built in the center of Kajaani in the '70s, within walking distance of services. The house has an elevator. The apartment has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and necessary dishes. There is no dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has a 120cm wide double bed. Bath area with shower and toilet. The balcony is glazed. Peaceful condominium with silence at 10pm. No smoking on the balcony as well.

A clean and well-equipped studio near downtown. Two 120cm wide beds in the bedroom. About 1.4 km from the train station and there are good light traffic routes in addition to the car roads. Big Prisma almost next door and Pitzer can be found across the street. The apartment also has its own parking space.
