The apartment is located at the foot of Hovfjället. By car, it is an 8-minute drive to Hovfjället's ski lift, a variety of signposted and divinely beautiful hiking trails. There is also a rowboat to borrow. The surroundings are known for offering a rich supply of berries and mushrooms. In winter, there are rich opportunities for cross-country skiing and ice fishing.

Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

Fantastic year-round cottage with lake views

The house overlooks Lake Övre Brocken. There's water on both sides of the house. It is a year-round cottage with heating cables on all floors. There are three bedrooms, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. The living room has high ceilings with a kitchen and fireplace. The porch goes around the whole house, so you can follow the sun and barbecue outside. At the campsite you can rent a canoe, swim, fish or cycle. In the autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. In winter, there is ice fishing, snow scooter trails and skiing.

Some nearby attractions are Hovfjället with ski resort and snowmobile trails, Torsby ski tunnel with cross-country skiing all year round. If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan up on the mountain is recommended, to overlook the beautiful nature. With the beach location to Lake Velen, there are nice opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Boat available to rent.
