Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cosy patio with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking/cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. Stenstugan

Friggebod located on a farm between Nyköping and Norrköping Bunk bed 80 cm up and 120 cm down + there is a travel bed and extra mattress available to borrow. Pillows and duvets are provided, sheets are not included but can be rented for an additional cost. Water is missing, drinking water is available at the stable 30 meters away. A simple outdoor shower is at the back of the cottage. Outdoor toilet with composting. For easier cooking, there is a small outdoor kitchen with a stove, inside there is a small refrigerator, microwave and kettle.

Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Täcken och kuddar finns men sängkläder och handdukar tar ni med själva. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns så ni städar själva efter er.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
