Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.

Det härliga huset har gångavstånd (15 min) till pittoreska Trosa C med underbara restauranger, caféer o butiker. Stränder och Trosa Havsbad på gång- cykelavstånd.
