Holiday rentals with beach access in Oxelösund

Pretty apartment on a wonderful little island, just 3 mins away from the nearest park, ferry stop and swimming spot. The supermarket is even closer and there's a lovely bakery (as recommended by Astrid) nearby. Would totally stay here again.

Good place to stay and friendly host. My kids (7 year old boy and 15 month old girl) love the apartment.

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

Pleasant apartment for a few days in Stockholm:) good communication for key exchange in person

Staying in Pär's apartment in Stockholm was a very positive experience. We were welcomed by the lower house, who gave us a tour and helped with questions. The apartment was much bigger than we thought, and really cozy. Everything was nice and clean. We were well taken care of with linens, clean towels, tourist brochures, and a bottle of bubbles in the fridge. We felt very welcome! The apartment is very central and within walking distance to the city center. There was peace and quiet on the street. Restaurant Lille Capri on the ground floor was a lovely place where we ate 3 times. Here we got great service! Everything in the apartment was in the best order, and Pär was quick to respond if we had any questions along the way. Thank you so much Pär for hosting - we would highly recommend this home to others.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

cannot think of a single critique for this place! was cosy, quiet, had everything we needed during our stay and wasnt long to get to stockholm city centre. the bathroom was clean as well. perfect for a weekend stay for two people

We had a fantastic week on the island! The weather played along and the light was just wonderful. Wille and Anna-Karin are very attentive and at the same time reserved hosts. Our two children spent a lot of time with the very friendly dog Bruno and explored the island with him. Anyone who can manage with relatively simple but beautiful accommodation (outhouse, outdoor shower and sink) will like it very much there. Please note that a car must be parked for a fee on the mainland for the period of the stay and that you need a water taxi to and from the island. We definitely want to come back.

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The apartment is cosy, looks just like in the pictures. The times for check-in and check-out were flexible. communication with Fredrik was super easy and friendly. Would always recommend the Airbnb - also because of the low price. thanks!

An absolutely beautiful house with a very great location. There were also more than enough play opportunities for the children. The family responded very quickly to messages and thus saved our vacation. Absolutely recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.

We spent four wonderful nights in this charming cottage. The decor was amazingly thought out with a perfect mix of modern and rustic. The hot tub was really the highlight! Sitting there under the starry sky after a day of excursions was magical. We enjoyed long forest walks, barbecuing by the sea and the serenity of nature. The kitchen was well equipped and the host couple were incredibly helpful. We will definitely come back to this gem that gave us the relaxation and family time we so needed!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Beautiful home, equipped with every comfort. At the end of the street is a beautiful hiking area around a lake. with the dogs ideal. When we were there in February, there was skating on the lake. Walking distance to metro and train is plm. 7 min. very good connection to the city center of Stockholm. Large shopping center within walking distance, plm. 10 min. Parking the car around the house is pay attention. No parking is allowed on the left side of the road, or against the driving direction, and stay 10 meters out of the bend. The house is a nice starting point to explore Stockholm and its surroundings.

It was such a beautiful place, and Frederik was an amazing host! I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he responded and how well taken care of I felt throughout my stay. The house is located in a peaceful environment. I can highly recommend it!

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy accommodation in the middle of nature, but still close to the city, this is the place to be. The cottage offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful and always available for questions. The island can be reached in 10 minutes by boat from the metro. The boats run on time and reliably. The property is on a hill about 5 minutes from the boat dock. The path is hilly, but upstairs you will be rewarded with a beautiful view. You should be good on foot because the luggage and shopping have to go to the island. This did not bother us at all, on the contrary, we enjoyed the peace and nature. The sauna was also a great experience.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

An excellent stay in this 13th floor flat. Great views and very cosy. Really quirky, which appealed to us greatly. Communication was good and our host met us at the door to show us around. A good experience that I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Listing matches the photos and description. Very cozy and pleasant: hot water, heating, functional amenities, good bedding and sauna as a bonus! Very quiet environment, in a residential area. 10 minutes walk to get to tram 12, alleparken stop, which leads directly to the metro on the same dock. You're in central Stockholm in 30 minutes. Anita and Hanna our hosts are very responsive and live above the property, which is very safe. Anita's hosting was very warm. She is remarkably kind and will be able to advise you for the best. We highly recommend it!

Great stay and super location!

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.
