This old Florida house offers everything. Centrally located near the intersection of US301 / CR466 you live yet laidback in the middle of nature. The home was completely remodeled in 2023 and really everything in this home is completely new. The home is used by the owners for their own family when they come to FL so everything was set up the way you would for yourself. Precious memory foam mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. On 0.4 acre you enjoy the backyard yet are close to everything.
