The location was perfect for a wedding we was attending, lovely area and the place was all we needed. Chickens were an added extra, was lovely to wake up and see them roaming around outside, picture perfect!

Absolutely stunning little cottege to stay in, loved the decor very cosy.

We stayed for a couple of nights as a group of friends and were blown away by the accommodation - it was even better than it looks in the photos! Luxurious, quirky and peaceful all in one. The outside spaces were equally amazing and so many to choose from. Ellie was very helpful and responsive before we arrived, answering my many questions quickly and helpfully. The house was well equipped with everything you could need (we even collected eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast!). Perfect location for strolls around Rutland Water, and wonderful views over it too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a group getaway. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend - we will definitely be back!
