About Steve And Charlotte At Chale Bay Farm

…Before we arrived steve was very clear about the likely difficulty we might face with a wheelchair. When we arrived he was proved right, in that the steps were tricky. He went to great lengths to allow us to swap apartments with a more wheelchair-friendly apartment.
He sorted out grab rails and a toilet raiser to make our stay more comfortable.
He changed a flickering light bulb and advised us of when there had been a power cut, along with apology for any inconvenience (all the emergency backup lighting etc came on, so there were no issues; the power was restored within 2 hours).
When sickness hit our party at departure time, steve helped negotiate with the cleaners to give us enough time to recuperate and leave without feeling stressed. He was more than accommodating and understanding of our situation!

The location is beautifully surrounded by nature, with breathtaking sea views that made the experience even more memorable. The facilities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. We really appreciated the cot provided for our infant, which made things so much easier. Steve and Charlotte were incredibly kind and responsive, promptly answering all our questions and making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. …One of the best air bnbs that we’ve stayed at. Perfect for families, fully-equipped, comfortable and sparkling clean.

The small touches, like leaving washing machine capsules to run a few washes during our stay was such a help and the dvd library was fantastic for the kids to choose on a rainy day.

The outdoor space and activities were also a hit with the kids too.

A great location to get around and see what the island has to offer and beautiful setting.
