Just back from a long weekend at Holly Tree Cottage! Absolutely perfect! Loved it! Walkable to shops and restaurants lovely town. The bungalow was spotless on arrival and the milk coffee and biscuits a welcome bonus. Sheringham is gorgeous with a wonderful beach and lovely shops. It is just a five minute walk into town and the train station. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Ian and Jo for having us

Staying in this beautiful cottage and meeting the lovely and hugely inspirational Annie, the artist who owns property, was just an amazing experience.

The cartlodge was a lovely little place surrounded by nature, very quiet and peaceful, staying in the middle of a heatwave was difficult, but I'm not going to leave a negative review in regards to the weather. I would suggest an extra fan maybe just incase that heat returns. The kitchen was great, had all the utensils we needed and more. Only 11 minutes to the nearest beach, with many more a few minutes further away.

perfect! the apartment have everything you need. The village location is quiet and friendly. the shop/tea room downstairs is welcoming and has the basics you might need. The facilities in the apartment are all good quality and very clean if not new. The outside area is private and we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. All round a great holiday, we hope to return.
