The accommodation was lovely and very clean. The surroundings were fantastic as well. Mark was very responsive about all the questions we had about our trip. There was even a welcome basket waiting for us upon our arrival, which we felt was a very kind gesture. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the cottage.

Our stay at Mark’s was absolutely the best way to end our time in Scotland! Spacious, clean, all the amenities needed for 8 adults and a toddler! Kitchen was purposefully stocked for cooking in. Washer and dryer worked perfectly for small loads of laundry.
The view was spectacular and it was quiet! Only a 30 minute drive to the Ingliston Park and Ride Tram into Edinburgh. Other close small towns offered tranquil Scotland experiences in just short car rides.
We’d stay at Mark’s again in a moment.

Great farmhouse in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Everything easily accessible within 30 minutes by car. Everything in the house super clean. Mark is also always immediately available and gets back to you. Had a great vacation!

Found this gem whilst looking for a property close to the Knockhill Racing Circuit. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a great garden looking out over the fields. There's also ample & secure car parking space outside the property. The rural location is perfect, and if you like cycling within 1/2 mile, there's the Fife Cycleway.
