…We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kamboja.
The villa and pool was amazing, and Alit, the Villa attendant made our experience even better. He was extremely attentive, kind and genuine. He offered help with local recommendations and became a true best friend for our 3 year old. When we ask him what the best thing with Bali was, he replies; Alit. Alit kept the villa spotless, so we could focus on familytime and relaxing 🙏🏼

It was easy to walk to nearby restaurants, or order take-away to the villa. It is so many great restaurants and cafees in the neighbourhood. We also went to some cafees with playgrounds - great facilities.

The fish and turtle by the entrance was a huuge hit with the kids, so exotic and fun.…

…Villa gardens and pool area is great and well maintained and the area has many walkable restaurants nearby. The villa is ageing with dirty broken tile floors, paint peeling off walls, the separate toilet smelling broken and locked, two of the room ensuite toilets leaking from around the bottom and a strong sewage smell permeated the bathrooms. My youngest boy staying in the room became violently ill vomiting every 20mins 30mins for the next two days. We notified the attendant who tried to fix the toilets which did not work the manager came and got the plumber in who then had to remove both toilets to fix the issue which took a day. This was far from ideal whilst dealing with a sick child as we could not leave the Villa due to his illness. The owner dismissed our concerns and told us it was Bali Belly not the leaking toilet that made my boy sick. He did offer some beer and sweets as compensation which we refused and felt a refund should have been offered for 3 nights of our 10 day stay.…

…This is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet. Very spacious and well equipped. The house manager (I have forgotten his name) was exceptional and very helpful. Even after we left he was 10 out of 10 as we left and closer, and he got them back to us. This is definitely worth a stay if you want peace and quiet but also a quick bike ride into Canggu.…

…Steven’s villa was fantastic. It is in a great spot in Canggu, so particularly if you’re happy to jump on a scooter.

The villa had all the great facilities you’d expect, and we really enjoyed our time there.

A special call out to Alit who is the villa attendant. He was welcoming, easy to get along with and super helpful.…
