2 stars due to the following issues: Extremely poor cleanliness: thick dust on surfaces and behind the beds, dirty dishes, a persistent old-grease smell in the kitchen, strong stale odours from the decorative cushions, and unpleasant drain smells throughout the apartment. The host required us to leave the paid accommodation for approximately five hours while the same cleaners returned. The additional cleaning made almost no difference; the floor was left even stickier, with visible black shoe prints. The condition remained unacceptable, resulting in the early termination of our one-month booking after only a few days and the need to find alternative accommodation in London.
