The house I put at your service is located within a small private community of 3 houses. It has steps to enter the accommodation. The entire house. Located in the center of the Hidalgo capital, a few blocks from the Monumental Clock, Plaza Juarez and Abasolo University, Calle Guerrero, which is one of the city's main streets for having all kinds of shops, close to public transportation to all parts of the city and magical towns. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING.

Comfortable and safe house for 7, near Feria and the university.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable family home for up to seven people, located in a private and safe area of Pachuca. Perfect for families, business trips or city visits, as it's opposite the Feria de Pachuca, close to Tec de Monterrey and Tec de Pachuca, and shopping centres. You can take the Tuzobus (public transport leaving from the private area). It has spacious areas, private parking and all the amenities to make you feel at home.

A beautiful house with a large garden and patio with a barbecue

In this house you will find everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. The whole house is lit with natural light with an incredible view of the garden. We are 7 minutes from Real del Monte and the mountain corridor, ten minutes from downtown Pachuca. Oxxo and banks 3 minutes away. Capacity for up to 10 people, it has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two 1/2 bathrooms, large garden, barbecue area, own parking and full kitchen.

In addition to the bedrooms, it has a living room and a TV room, as well as a garden table and chairs. The house is very close to the football stadium and the bus station, and has easy access to motorways, restaurants, the main shopping centres, Parque Bicentenario, public/private hospitals and educational centres.

We are in a safe development with 24-hour surveillance, a nearby plaza, and many activities.
