Holiday rentals with beach access in Padstow

We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

My husband & I were booked into Sand Dunes at the end of January but a sudden health emergency put paid to that. Luckily after an excellent recovery we were able to stay the last few days. What a lovely few days we had too. Sat eating breakfast with that view. Wow. Great for accessing the SW coastal path too. Highly recommend. Pity we didn’t meet Katherine though.

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

This was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The view is stunning, the place is so clean and such a good location. I'll be coming back for sure.

Lovely little place right near basic amenities and the beach. Plenty of walking can be done and everything is within easy reach. Great that this place has a private parking space as well.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Miranda’s house. The pictures do not do this lovely house justice, it is large and spacious with the location being unbeatable! The house is minutes from the beach, perranporth village and beautiful coastal walks. Perranporth is a great location for a trip to Cornwall as well as a base for other towns nearby. The house facilities were well thought of and equipped throughout. We usually bring half our home with us, it wasn’t needed here. The space was very relaxing with the garden terrace room being our favourite. Miranda is great at communication. We are already planning to come back. Thank you for a lovely stay - great host!

The property is terrific and located in a particularly lovely part of the world. Easy walk to the beach, easy drive to local amenities, stores, and restaurants (also entirely walkable, though you may have to deal with lots of traffic and roundabouts depending where you are headed). On the couple of occasions when I did reach out to Lizzy and Scott, they responded quickly and completely. Everything in the property was as described or better, especially including the comfortable sun room and the huge back garden. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We stayed for four days over Easter as a family. Instructions were clear and Ivana responded quickly to all my queries before going. Hot tub was lovely. Views stunning. Amenities all as listed. Really is a lovely little cottage. We did have a couple of issues but Ivana has been amazing at sorting and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you Ivana.

Just got back from a week at Shaun’s place. Had a brilliant time. Easy to find and park. 5 min walk to beach, great Chippy, Pub and shop. The house was very clean and in great condition. I don’t think the pics really do it justice. It’s an upside down house and the top floor is open plan with amazing views. Communication with Shaun was prompt and helpful. Definitely going to book again!

We’ve had an amazing stay at Barbara’s; the location is outstanding with such easy access to the beach and glorious views upstairs from the balcony and living space. Billed as a small property but plenty of room for us as a couple with our dogs. The house is beautifully furnished with lovely eye for detail and plentifully stocked with all the consumables you might need and a really generous welcome basket. We felt right at home and would love to return in the future.

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Had a lovely stay, place was spotless and a stones throw away from either the beach or the main strip for food/ coffee/ bars etc. Lucy was super friendly and made it very easy to find the place/ check in. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had the best stay at Becky’s apartment for my husbands birthday. Everything was as described and Becky went above and beyond with the birthday request I had! She was very responsive. Everything was super comfy and clean and we had a great night sleep! We had everything we needed provided and the decor is lovely! Thank you so much again! We will definitely be back! The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
