Holiday rentals with a patio in Pagbilao

The Sunset house is situated in a peaceful neighborhood in Lucban. It is near a hospital, supermarket and church. The house itself is beautiful, homey and comfortable with lots of space. The caretaker, Susan, is friendly, approachable and easy to contact. We didnt have any problems with the accommodation, only that it was really cold during our stay and the blankets were not thick enough. But it is very minor. Overall, the place is worth the bucks. PS: bed is super comfy

Friendly people neat and clean accommodations relationship with a local restaurant for fast friendly good food and delivery is exceptional ice cold air conditioning nice secure offstreet parking beautiful landscaping and flowers all throughout the property I am looking forward to coming back and staying many times

Great place, nice neighbourhood, clean, spacious and comfortable. We had no problems and communication was quite good. The only negative we had was a small one, which was that they had advertised a ‘free washer’ but there was no washing machine. There is a laundry a block or two away, but they charge and don’t provide an immediate service.

stayed at Gregs place last Apr20-21 Pros: -Bang for the buck! -Host is very responsive and approachable -Caretakers really took care of us -Place is pristine, very private and serene. No loud videokes, no throngs of people -White sand, clear waters -wifi is available -you can cook your own food, kitchen utensils are available Cons: -getting to the resort is a bit challenging when you're using a sedan or small car. Last km is a bumpy rocky rough road. -no mobile signal, in case you get lost along the way and need to reach the caretakers number -NoAC but fans are available. -kitchen is shared with the caretakers as they use the ref -House needs a few repairs specially the bamboo floors, some nails are already poking out Will I recommend the place? Yes in a heartbeat, you wont find anything this good at this price point.

We were truly impressed by the thoughtful design of the farm. Our stay was incredibly relaxing, thanks to the vacation house nestled right in the heart of nature. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping, rustling leaves, and the cool mountain breeze was a rejuvenating experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive, with Kuya Toto standing out for his warm hospitality. The pool was a highlight—immaculately clean and inviting. The string lights adorning the pool area and kitchen created a picturesque and cozy ambiance, perfect for evening relaxation. We have a few minor suggestions to enhance future stays: 1. We noticed a couple of cobwebs with spiders between the hammock and the washroom near the shower area behind the kitchen. 2. It would be great to have additional spoons, forks, and mugs readily available for guests. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we look forward to returning soon! very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. My family enjoyed our stay at Hazel's place. Check in was smooth, ate Nene was helpful in making sure we settled well. It's about 10-15 minutes away from the town in case you need supplies. It's a place where you can disconnect and enjoy nature but with modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. Kubo had ac and wifi / smart tv, and there's a fire pit to make smores in the evenings. Batis was a 10 minutes walk and if it rained the path can be muddy and slippery. Also be aware that in any place this close to nature, we share it with others so there were some insects by the stream. There's an option for an intex pool that we'll try next time! Thank you Hazel. 🩷
