Udaya was great. His home is spacious but can be warm at times since the air con is in the bedroom. The bed is really comfortable and great for a good nights sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and it was easy to make a few quick meals. He’s an excellent communicator. There were a few issues that came up and he addressed them right away. Thanks for having us.

This place is home in paradise. From the cleanliness, systematic checkin in checkout procedures to the hosts availability to help out is just commendable. The view from the stay? Oh boy! It’s to die for! I would recommend this Airbnb a 120%.

*We stayed as a couple at this wonderful guest house in last weekend and it was an amazing experience. *The place is very peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food quality was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed Breakfast. *The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the pool was well-maintained, offering a refreshing dip after a long day. * The service was excellent, with the staff always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. * We highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Negombo!

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

When we arrived, we instantly regretted only being able to stay one night. The flat was so beautifully curated, and would have had everything we needed should we stayed longer. Buddhika met us and showed us around, which was really kind considering we were only staying one night. The roof top pool is amazing and was such a treat to relax after a long drive before a long flight the next day. Buddhika also helped us with transport to the airport early the next morning. If we visit Sri Lanka again, we will absolutely be looking to stay again. A haven in the city, cant recommend this place enough.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.
