Pornchai was very hospitable. They accommodated our large group of 10 people and 1 cat. We are happy with the stay.

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

Nam's place is a little gem hidden in a quiet corner of the bustling capital Bangkok. It consists of two separate units, each with a bedroom and a bathroom. The largest unit also has a dining table, a fridge, a water cooker, and a microwave. Nam also brought us an induction cooker and a rice cooker. The highlight is the beautiful little garden with another dining table, and a pond. The laundry machine is behind the house. All in all, we had a great time. Nam always responded immediately and was very helpful. A 7-11 and a little mall are nearby. It is easy to find a taxi with taximeter at the street. On the way back, you often have to negotiate with the taxi drivers. The neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend this place to everyone who appreciates a responsive host, privacy and a green garden!

Stayed at Petchpilai’s place for 2 weeks and our family satisfied with it. Host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Place is clean and peaceful. Though it’s a bit far from town but we’re scared of the recent earthquake happened in Bangkok and dare not to stay in either high-rise or low-rise buildings and looked for the town house and found this. There is a shopping mall called fashion island nearby and it has almost everything you need. My dad needed to see a dentist during the stay and the host help booking the appointment in 10 minutes. We are really grateful for it.

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Place is just like the pictures. It’s very private and peaceful community. Great for anyone, especially families. Had a great stay. Enjoyed the amenities. Thank you for having me, hope to stay here again.

The villa was lovely, lively and immaculate. The dogs and cats made the place fun and kept my own dog happy and excited to come down stairs Benny, Kathy and their staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Kunjira is a very nice host. Kawee is a very good housekeeper. The house is very warm and cozy, just as shown in the pictures. It's very close to the Big C supermarket, so it's quite convenient. And it's very safe. The only concern is that the back door of the garage is not locked, which makes me a little worried. Overall, the experience is very good.

Such a nice house to stay especially, for a family or a group of ten people . The neighborhood is pretty safe as there will always be a security check before someone comes into the area(community house). We can walk or ride a bicycle to 7/11 nearby , which is quite easy to find food. The host is very responsive and helpful in helping to find the taxi for us. I would definitely recommend this house if you have a big family or a group of friends joining you to Thailand.

My family of five stayed here for a month, we felt at home. The house has a lot of indoor and outdoor space. The host is great, she’s thoughtful and friendly. The neighborhood is very walkable, there’s a lot of cafes, food stalls, fruit stands, and big supermarkets nearby.

I stayed at Nite's condo for a week, and it was a lovely experience. The room is spacious and comfortable and there is a washer on the balcony, a nice kitchenette, and all is very clean. In addition, there is a little shop on the ground floor for essentials and it is a 20 THB motorbike taxi ride to Lotus or Big C nearby. Could not be happier with my stay and hope to visit again.
