Charming renovated studio in Versailles (2026)

Ideally located, in the heart of a lively district and 2 steps from the castle, this charming studio, renovated by an architect (march 2026) has a bright and nice decorated main room. You can spend a pleasant stay as a couple, with your family or alone and enjoy many things around: the castle and its park, restaurants and terraces, shops and antiques, and the famous Notre Dame market 100m away. Everything is within walking distance. And you can easily reach Paris by train.

Apartment: The 5th Ducis

Fully renovated home located in the historic district of Notre-Dame in Versailles. Very bright, it is located on the 5th and top floor of an old building, under the roofs. It enjoys an unobstructed view of Versailles and its old market. At the foot of the building are restaurants, bars, all useful shops (food, pharmacy, bank, etc.) and the old market. The antique dealers' district is 50 metres from the building, and the Palace of Versailles is a 10–12-minute walk away.
