You have come to the right place to find an unforgettable apartment! This is the very first apartment we had decorated, and we were inspired by Barcelona itself, with its cosmopolitan and modern flair, yet at the same time being a place with a rich culture. With grey as the predominant color tone, we achieved a contemporary, stylish and elegant atmosphere. And be assured that you would not find a more centrally located flat! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of which are located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration (hair dryer, nespresso, kettle... internet TV and of course, wi-fi). We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just at the beginning of this iconic street known for its myriad of activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city´s most dynamic street. Enjoy meals in a modern nook surrounded by large windows in this bright studio. When these windows are opened, the nook feels as if you were in an open balcony. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a fully stacked kitchenette. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk 7. Etc, (You get our point;-)) (*Walking time estimates based on (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps) Or if you wished to take a taxi or public transportation (to take you within Barcelona as well as to its surrounding cities such as Girona, Sitges, etc.) both options are also easily available within less than 3 minute walk from the flat. It is also important to note that before we send you the details for checking in, it is obligatory from the local mandate that we receive a foto of your official ID, ie. Passport or National ID for EU citizens, in order to register your visit to the Catalan authority commission*. *Official Notice from the Generalitat de Catalunya It is compulsory for persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there. Bruc Urquinaona Quiet and Central

Right in the center of Barcelona, next to Plaza Urquinaona, this apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and functional place in the city. Both quiet and close to the main tourist areas. A few steps from Las Ramblas, Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracias. An ideal location to visit the historic center, and the trendy commercial areas by foot. Perfectly connected by metro and bus. Right in a commercial area, this apartment offers a perfect combination for those who want to stay close to the main tourist, business and spare time attractions, but in a quiet and safe place. To the south of l'Eixample, it borders the Borne and Gothic neighborhoods, making it a strategic spot to start the best city tours. Located in a newly built farm, we enter the apartment through a long corridor that ends up in the main living room. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a double bed, a big windows and a TV. This space, without any physical division, turns into a dining room when you turn right, since it is built into a practical and functional fully equipped kitchen-office. It has a double bedroom and a double bed. It is spacious and has two wardrobes. A spacious and fully equipped bathroom, made of noble marble, completes you stay. The southern part of the neighborhood is called Ensanche (l'Eixample). At 50 meters from Plaza Urquinaona, and at 200 meters from Plaza Cataluña it offers one the most central locations we can find in the city. Multiples stores of all kinds, trendy restaurants and bars, as well as the main commercial areas will make its visitors only regret not having enough time to get to know everything this place has to offer. If we walk towards the sea, we can choose the path to the right, with the most emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, museums and unavoidable markets, their entangled streets that are an invitation to indulge into their never ending attractions. On the contrary, if we choose the path to the left, we will go through the bohemian neighborhood of Borne, Santa María del Mar and their incredible stores, their streets and buildings that offer the person passing by a pleasant surprise when discovering every corner in it. If we go towards the north, we will immediately reach the elegant Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Cataluña, so we can go through stately Barcelona to finally reach the Avenida Diagonal. The bedroom has a relaxing King Size bed with cotton sheets and large comfortable carpets that decorate the entire apartment. Elegant living area has a comfortable sofa which converts into a Queen bed size for the 3rd and 4th guest. The kitchen is completely equipped and the luxury continues in the en-suite bathroom where you have a hydromassage bath and a separated glassed-in shower. Furthermore, if you need to work in a more private and quiet environment, you can use our business center. And if you need to print a ticket or have a meeting, we put at your disposal the services of our business center.
