The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THE DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) from a bathroom with services and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The accommodation is new, equipped with heating, linens and towels, a coffee maker, kettle for tea and herbal teas and hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and old wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. Hill Village Pink House

The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.
