Holiday rentals with a patio in Paldal-gu

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. My host was responsive and was available to help me with any questions and doubts.

I was so satisfied, but if you had told me how to dispose of the garbage in the first place, I don't think I would have gone down to buy a pay-as-you-go bag... But the next day, I was very satisfied with the other parts because they took care of the checkout convenience and responded kindly.

I went with 5 women, and it was nice that there were amenities nearby, and the surroundings weren't noisy, and it was nice to be able to buy simple food or milk kits and simply cook and eat. I couldn't use the terrace because it was hot in the summer, but I had fun in the room: -)

I was a little worried because it was my first time going to a guesthouse, but when I arrived, I wasn't worried at all. The space was really tidy, and the bedding was fluffy and clean, so I was very satisfied. The communication with the host was really smooth, and they took care of any inconveniences first, so I was able to stay more comfortably. At first, I booked a shared room, but I was thankful that you were lucky enough to upgrade to a single room. The bed was also queen-sized, so I was able to sleep very generously and comfortably. Excellent stay! James was very responsive and helpful! it's a beautiful and spacious place that's in a great location. The subway is quick 5 minute walk away and restaurants and convenience stores are very close by! You won't regret staying here!

I stayed because I had to go to Suwon, but it was kind and I had a good stay without any inconvenience.

I stayed with 5 friends for 3 nights and 4 days.When I checked in or had questions, the owner was quick to respond, friendly, and helpful.I liked the modern and stylish interior you can't imagine from the exterior.It was nice to have a washer and dryer as it was a bit of a long stay.It is about a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest station, so it is not far away, but it is not close.There is a grocery store nearby that is open until 10pm and is easy to use.

Picture perfect place, amazing to stay in such a historic home. So many superb sites literally on your doorstep, as well as cute cafes and restaurants. So many lovely and thoughtful amenities available in the place. Please do check the room layout as one bathroom is accessed off the courtyard - this would not be much fun in winter. Also note that it's a restored Hanok so there are some quirks (which are a given when staying in a beautiful old place like this); tall people need to watch themselves on the doors and the bathrooms are wetrooms with shower over toilet. Overall this was an incredible stay, a perfect short taste of the old Korea.

Soluna is a great host! She was always very attentive and flexible with our check-in and check-out schedule. We loved the place and the beds, they are really comfortable and the kitchen utensils seem to be quite new and very nice. The neighborhood is really great with tons of cafes and restaurants around, many nice walkable streets as well. I would definitely come back!

Jenna was absolutely fantastic and the Airbnb was exactly what I was looking for! Our group had such a great time! The place is in such a great location and every bedroom has its own bathroom! Jenna was super responsive if we had any questions or concerns. She made our visit so easy and concern-free! If you're bringing a group to Seoul, this is the place to stay!

It was a place I went to in a hurry because I was sleepy with the host Hee-soo, but it was neat and pretty, and I was able to have a very pleasant trip with four friends. The description and recommendations were quick, the location was so nice, and the bathroom was so pretty. Thank you for the sense that you warmed up the floor before entering ~ If you come to Incheon, this is definitely an accommodation I will book again.

I loved my stay at AUD - it felt like coming home and the area is very nice, lots of coffee places and food options. Also super convenient airport bus connection.

The house was exactly as described and spotless, close to the subway and even closer to an array of buses that'd bring you basically anywhere! The host were amazing, always checking in on us and even set up a purifier in the room. We had a few questions and they replied in a matter of minutes, even going out their way and called their son who spoke our language. Thank you so much for everything!

Accommodation as advertised. Spacious accommodation perfect for 2 families. Washer and dryer available. The terrace is a plus to chill out. Nearby bus and metro. Very responsive and attentive host. Perfect for your first stay in Seoul! Thank you so much.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
