Dista 350 metri dalla fermata Metro Brigata Bari (6 minuti fino a Bari Centrale e 15 minuti fino all'Aeroporto). È posto al secondo piano di un piccolo edificio, senza ascensore. Posto adatto a chi viaggia per lavoro o studio, a chi è di passaggio e a piccole famiglie, può ospitare al massimo 3 adulti e 2 bambini dispone di tutto il necessario per famiglie.

Nice and refined penthouse in the center of Bari, on the eighth floor of a stately building: bedroom, equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower, large living room with comfortable sofa, laundry room, nicely furnished terraces with green and pergola. Ideal also for those traveling on business. Well placed to visit on foot all the most interesting places: historical center, shopping, promenade. A Casa di Fabio - Holiday House Sono sicuro che qui vi sentirete come a casa. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, completamente arredato di recente, quindi tutto nuovissimo. Cucina attrezzata, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale (dove all'occorrenza si può aggiungere un lettino per bambini fino a 2/3 anni) e una camera da letto con due letti singoli (che all'occorrenza si possono unire per formare un letto matrimoniale), un bagno con vasca idromassaggio e uno con doccia.

L appartamento e completamente rifinito con materiale di primissima scelta e inoltre completamente arredato con cucina completa , tv led 32 " full hd , letto matrimomiale , climatizzazione.Presenta punto snack .
