Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Palm Beach County

I spent over 2 months at this beautiful condo. The condo is only couple blocks away from the beach. It looks exacly like the photos in here. Very clean, bright and tastefully designed. The pool, the gym and the sauna is a big plus. Only 15 minutes away from Boca Town center. There is 24/7 concierge in the building. You park your car on the same floor. (Very convenient) The apartment has all the cooking utensils. Great place for couples. Also Michelle is a great host. She responds everything very quickly. I recommend this condo to everyone. We enjoyed our stay at Dover House and look forward to visiting again! From the beautiful view of the water from our balcony room to the short walks to beach, shops and restaurants, this was a win! The rental was exactly as pictured, clean and supplied with all we needed. Both the check-in and check-out were as easy as could be with clear directions. When we needed anything the staff were quick and friendly. The grounds were also beautiful, just a great vacation!

Can’t say enough about Tim and his cottage in Palm Beach. Tim as a host is probably the most welcoming and helpful host I’ve come across in my renting history. He was extremely sweet and made us feel like home. The place itself is unique in that you won’t find many options like it on Palm Beach Island. We had a gate code to the private beach, he set out bicycles for my wife and also made our dog extremely welcome in the home. I look forward to staying again, which we certainly will.

Space was perfect for us- a couple staying close to the beach. We loved the balcony - we saw plenty of baby ducks, birds, and even iguanas!
