Holiday rentals with a patio in Palmira

Felipe’s place was fantastic! I loved the little gym and hot tub. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Plus, he was kind enough to let us stay an extra hour after check-out. Highly recommend!

The apartment is clean and spacious. The location is also very good. The apartment is 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Llanogrande shopping center. There is everything you need. Restaurants, shops, hairdressers, etc. The neighborhood in which the apartment is located is guarded by security guards at the entrance. There is a pool for shared use and parking.

The apto is in a very good location for all the activities we do. We received it in excellent condition and very well aseado. I would recommend it quite a bit and I would definitely go back.

Just a minor complaint with the air conditioning unit. Once it is turned off, it has a loud sound that goes on periodically for an extended period of time, which made it difficult for me to sleep one of the nights. I resolved it by turning on the ceiling fan instead at night. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

This is the best place that I have stayed to regret q separate it at the last minute because I had a bad experience in another place in less than an hour already in this place they had it ready everything super clean. The spotless place everyone's attention was spectacular always answered my messages very quickly. The apartment is a super comfortable dream and tremendous location overall everything was perfect.

Álvaro is very friendly and helpful, he was always very attentive and friendly. There were convenience stores less than a block away. The apartaestudio had everything necessary and you can see the effort to improve the space more every day. The location on the third floor is private and has a relaxing, windy view that helps combat the heat of Cali.

Great stay. Photos as described. Extremely quiet area I had visited previously in Cali. Eduardo was super responsive to every request and went above and beyond. I will say they need to update the time on the jacuzzi lol if you actually want it to be hot it’s not 15-20 minutes. It’s like an hour or two. But it definitely gets hot after that point. Start it then go to a local restaurant or shopping then come back to a hot jacuzzi. It’s a very hilly area so walking might be difficult for some. It’s steep. But just uber to the restaurants and shoos and have a blast. Would def stay again. Super responsive and helpful caretakers. Eduardo was a gem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great stay We hosted a group of 8 people and were very satisfied with the experience. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen that made preparing our meals a pleasure. All the air conditioners worked perfectly, which was a great plus for Cali's weather. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which allowed us to rest without worries. Also, the decor is very nice and cozy, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Overall an excellent stay. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. Shopping Restaurants were literally only a 5 minute walk however, the apartment is in a very hilly area with uneven walkways. Those with mobility issues may struggle walking up and downhill to the apartment. Also the roads are very uneven and don’t have the safest paved surfaces. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very good place, clean and with very clear instructions for both check-in, stay and check-out. The main air-conditioned room and the secondary room with fans, essential to make the stay pleasant, especially if you are used to the cold.

Great stay! Andres’ place is modern, quiet and very cozy. The building is conveniently located in the West part of town and you can reach most touristy areas within 15 minutes by driving… it also has tons of cool things to do such as an outdoor gym, two hot tubs and AMAZING views. To be fair, this stay was pretty awesome! The room is a bit small but not to the point where it is claustrophobic, me and my girlfriend loved it since it just felt sooo cozy and private. I recommend this stay.

I absolutely loved it from top to bottom had no problems with the place at all great location I felt safe and secure and I was very accommodated the place was so clean and nice and the WiFi was super fast even came with a cleaning lady that folded all my clothes and cleaned the whole apartment for 100,000 !! I would absolutely love to come back to this exact place and 100%

Excellent accommodation! Met our expectations! The apartment is very clean , as shown in the photos ! My daughter was years old and we were able to celebrate it in the unit with all protocol and permits in the living room and pool ! The very friendly people,the goalkeeper security lords especially highlight Mr. Jairo's kindness! Thank you Don John who from far away was always on the sidelines and attention of our accommodation 🏠 We would definitely come back 🙌🏻
