Holiday rentals in Pamplona

Karen’s place was wonderful but what made the stay great was Karen herself, Wilson, and Gordo the dog. Everyone was so helpful and responsive and tended to our every need and wish. The space is so beautiful and pristine. The pool was amazing. The only thing I will say is that if you’re booking for 4 adults, I do not think the pull out couch could accommodate two full size adults. But, there are plenty of mattress pads and there’s definitely enough space for that amount of people. I highly recommend!

Atleast we were inform by sir luigi a day before nag magbrownout, but it would be better if they provided some alternatives or complimentaries sa time na nagbrownout like cold drinks or battery banks kay during check in up to 6pm pa nagka power... I would still book this place for my next visit in dumaguete. Suggestions for improvement Maybe they can widen the road upon entering the place or widen the gate, fix faucet and clean the entrance para wala nay dog lice.

The place is very peaceful and diving right out side the gate. Very friendly staff, some good restaurants near buy. See Apo Island right across. Good pool. Great for long or a short stay. Has everything you need.

Josiah was incredibly helpful and patient with all of our needs. He lives locally and made himself available to us whenever we needed anything. The condo is a nice size and infinitely preferable to a hotel, particularly if you intend on staying for a longer visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend Josiah’s condo (David’s place) and look forward to staying again soon. This all coming from a guy who never ever leaves reviews for anything!

This a great beach front home! It has a large pool, beautiful grounds, private environment, and a picture perfect view across the ocean. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen, and large living room with a great tv and strong wi-fi. The air conditioning works great throughout the home. With beautiful marble floors and a large porch (where we took all of our meals), it is a classy place. We were truly on vacation when Gloria supplied a cook who prepared all of our meals. Her fee was very low and the meals were delicious! Jeb was our onsite person who cleaned the pool each morning and ensured that the grounds were kept immaculate. Gloria arranged our airport pickup with Ricky whose fee was also very reasonable. Gloria made our time time there even better from her greeting us upon our arrival to responding our questions very quickly, she truly cares about her guests. It takes a little extra effort to get there, but it is well worth it. We love this place, and you will too!

Super place to stay as she is Great host as she made it outstanding and was just what i needed in starting my permanent stay as much better then any hotel as it may require transportation or pedicab but so close to everything whether the Dumaguete, or Bacong and even Valencia while being nestled in area filled with markets, places to eat etc. Great way to have western amenities of air con., hot shower, kitchen with pretty much all you need and be nestled in nature as pictures show everything as even as a disabled guy i was able to navigate well plus the security was fabulous with gate and locks. Highly recommend whether single, cpl. or small family.

the place was very pretty, super satisfying yung view especially when we're having breakfast you will see the ocean, and the house was very private we can relax peacefully. The host was very responsive and the caretaker was very nice and accommodating to us. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and my family.

From the moment I arrived, the cleanliness of the space was apparent. Every corner sparkled, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, making the check-in process a breeze and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was reassuring to know that any questions I had would be promptly addressed. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully equipped and spotless, allowing me to whip up meals with ease. It had all the essentials and more, making it a joy to cook in. The bathroom, oh my! It was superbly clean and stocked with all the necessary accessories, including plush towels, tissues, and high-quality shampoo and conditioner. It truly felt like a luxury spa experienced! 💯

When we arrive, we had a friendly welcome and we met Edelyn who was friendly and happy to help where she could. Due to the isolated location she let us hire her scooter to get around. There is one restaurant opposite but with limited opening hours. Unfortunately, one evening the place had closed before we managed to eat so we ended up eating pot noodle from the shack a few doors down. Unfortunately, we ended our trip with a bad taste in our mouth due to the fact the number plates on the motorbike being stolen. Edelyn took care of what needed to be done e.g reporting it to the police etc but insistent we paid for the inconvenience and replacement on the number plate as she had no insurance. Finally we agreed on a 50/50 split on the cost. Overall the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. It looks like there is a beach front but it is a wall with a drop to the water, we didn’t see an accessible beach within the immediate area. Oslob is a 40 min scooter ride away and Moalboal 60 minutes
