Holiday rentals in Pandikkad

We (4 adults and a child) had an amazing time at Ambat Farmstay. We booked Naren’s place as it is an operational farm (cows, chicken, dogs). But more importantly our residence just blew our minds. Interiors are tastefully done and clean. Grounds around the house are well maintained. There is a pond and a river nearby which you can walk down to. We also asked for food to be arranged. And again extremely tasty meals. North or South Indian. Loved the pancakes. Finally, we were under the impression that there is not much to do nearby. But Naren told us that there are a few waterfalls, dams, treks nearby that we could do. Given our short duration we opted for Meenuvallam waterfalls. Beautiful!!!! All in all an awesome experience. Thank you Naren for having us.

Just had to take a moment to appreciate the beautiful architecture here—Abhirami has done an amazing job! I’m a huge fan of natural light and open spaces, and this place was honestly a dream. Loved the peaceful vibe and the privacy. It’s a great spot to hang out with family, friends, or just your partner. Since it’s a co-living space, it’s good to be mindful of others around. Also, a special shoutout to the sweetest co-host, Anjana! She was so warm and welcoming, really made us feel at home. Thanks so much, guys. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to relax and take it slow. P.S. – Not a party spot, so if loud music and late nights are your thing, this might not be the right fit.

Calm and private space away from all the noise. Stay at the outhouse was very relaxing. even though place may look bit remote getting around is very easy using public transport even if you don't have a private vehicle. very welcoming hosts. uncle and aunty made us feel right at home.

We were welcomed very warmly by Mr. Praveen and his family, they made sure everything was provided for, at the same time respected our privacy. The property is extremely beautiful and serene, and is a great place to work out of and sight see. the highlight for us was definitely the food that aunty prepared, it was to die for! We also got a mini tour of her beautiful garden! our puppy was extremely happy and cared for too. Definitely going back here!

I stayed at this month June. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, within walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. My host, Jibu, was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the personalized touches throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Calicut city. I had a wonderful stay with a simple and affectionate set of people - every person took care of me - including Hector ( their handsome pet) in giving unlimited joy and making my stay a memorable one. I am very happy i had a chance to stay with them.

The location was convenient, the accommodation was clean and comfortable.

Best things Host- extremely friendly and breakfast they provided was yummy- definitely to be tried. House- superb, clean and comfortable with all the amenities Location- need your own vehicle to reach the place, quiet neighbourhood, restaurants serve food to his place, otherwise 10-15 min by a vehicle to nearby places
